THE MAKING OF FOREVER
The French Caribbean
The birth of Forever was heavily influenced by the cultural history of the remote French-Caribbean Islanders who settled in La Guyane during the 1960s.
Transcending generational knowledge with a preserved history that can be traced as far back as 7 generations.
Solo & The Amazon
The founder of Forever, Solo, was born and raised in La Guyane, amongst the descendants of the French Caribbean Islanders of Haiti, Guadeloupe and Martinique.
He lived in a small rural community, neighbouring a distant part of the Amazon rainforest, as 1 of the 8 countries covered by the largest forest in the world.
In fact, Solo's home was no more than a few steps away from the beautifully tall trees of the Amazon.
The First Formula
Forever's very first formula was created as a homemade rum, made from organic ingredients native to the rainforest.
A tropical rum infused with colourful exotic fruits, that may only be discovered through careful navigation inside the 1.4 billion acres of rainforest.
Navigated by the French Caribbean settlers who often built homes deep inside the Jungle, and mastered the wonders of the land.
